A Bel Air Company is seeking an experienced, well-organized Executive Administrative Assistant to provide support for two of our Executives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
Managing calendars; making travel, meeting, and event arrangements
Performing minor accounting duties
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Up-to-date with advancements in office equipment and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Discretion and extreme confidentiality
All other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Prior experience as Executive Assistant to top level management.
Prior experience making and scheduling travel plans
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving and decision making
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
