The Product Marketing Internship for the Arthroplasty team, located in Naples, FL, is responsible for a variety of different tasks pertaining to the downstream efforts surrounding successful launch and continued product support for both Shoulder and Knee Arthroplasty. These activities range from tradition product support collateral to assist in product launches, design and image creation for social media posts, videos, tradeshow graphics and advertisements as well as the execution of surgeon and sales force field communication. The downstream marketing team works seamlessly with all cross-functional teams to ensure content is accurate, on brand and in a timeline that meets all product manager requirements. In addition to this, the downstream team also helps with surgeon and sales rep education, patient testimonials, and website design and development.

This internship will run from May 2025 - August 2025. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.

Main Objective:

To get a deep dive into product downstream marketing and gain a better understanding of Arthrex.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Assist in Shoulder Arthroplasty Research Committee (ShARC) activities and social media launch.

  • Coordinate tradeshow collateral and visuals.

  • Assist with product launch assets and resources as needed.

  • Support downstream arthroplasty marketing efforts.

Education and Experience:


  • Progress towards a college degree required, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing. A college junior or senior preferred. ( Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)

  • Product marketing experience a plus.

  • Ability to work with cadaveric specimens is highly advantageous.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
