The Orthobiologics Product Management team in Naples, FL is responsible for managing the current Orthobiologics portfolio at Arthrex. We are searching for an intern, pursuing a Business, Science or Biomedical Engineering degree, to support the Orthobiologics Product Management team. A successful candidate will assist with product development, product launches and marketing initiatives that will include a variety of tasks. The individual will have the opportunity to interface with collaborating teams such as engineering, marketing, sales, business optimization, and medical education to support the product management team. The candidate will be responsible for creating key marketing assets, analyzing data and compiling various analyses related to each product portfolio. A successful candidate should be creative, enthusiastic, willing to learn and driven.

This internship will run from May 2025 - August 2025. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility .

Main Objective:

To complement the growth and development of the Orthobiologics Portfolio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Support Cell & Molecular Portfolio, Soft Tissue & Wound Portfolio, Cartilage & Meniscus Portfolio, and Bone Repair Portfolio.

  • Integrate new products and design features into product roadmap for strategic product and feature launches.

  • Lead market research efforts to become an internal subject matter expert on topics that pertain to future product development efforts.

  • Meet with surgeons to distill user needs for new products. Facilitate design validations in a cadaver lab setting, ensuring that the proposed design meets the user needs.

  • Create marketing collateral and strategy to communicate product details and selling strategy to sales team.

Education and Experience:


  • Progress towards a college degree in Marketing, Business, Science or Biomedical Engineering required. A junior or senior preferred. ( Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)

  • Above average presentation skills a plus.

  • Ability to work with cadaveric specimens is highly advantageous.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
