The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some of these duties ; however, it is not an exclusive or all- inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.
Lead sales and account teams through continuous improvement (CI) activities that will drive cost savings for customers and the organization
Organize and facilitate effective regular, meetings, including follow-up with clear and assigned action plans
Own and maintain CI Tracking for in-progress projects, as well as new proposals, with multiple data points, including financial impact
Provide updates to cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, company finance team, and customer contacts. This may include leading customer meetings, reporting on project milestones, presenting forecasted vs. actual cost-savings impact, and responding to other data and status requests
Align resources, support and or guidance on projects (include engineering, labor pricing, materials pricing, operations, procurement etc.)
Sustainability Support and Analysis:In partnership with Menasha's sustainability subject matter experts, drive towards sustainability goals and improvements by developing and maintaining sustainability tools
Perform environmental impact analyses using Menasha tools and Compass Software, and provide sustainability metrics and guidance to customers
Oversee management of Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) credits as they relate to CI goals and savings
Oversee reporting and data management for how project savings will be allocated or applied, including documentation within SAP
Provide recommendations on which project proposals are likely to achieve the return on effort, and adapt in-process projects if they begin to trend towards inefficiency or negative ROI
