Job Description:

Responsibilities include:


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.

  • Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications to ensure meaningful job descriptions.

  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers during the selection process.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve the recruitment process.

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and feedback.

  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.


Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Human Resources, related field, or professional experience equivalent

  • Minimum of three years of talent acquisition experience, preferable in the manufacturing industry

  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, flexible, team-oriented environment, with the ability to navigate competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) product suite

  • Familiarity with ATS systems; Workday preferred
