Job Summary

Join our Loan Servicing Department to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of commercial real estate loan data. You’ll be responsible for timely loan boarding, payment processing, and account reconciliations. Your role includes preparing deposits, managing escrow accounts, and supporting various administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Process loan data with precision and verify accuracy.
  • Handle mortgage transactions, including payments, adjustments, and fee processing.
  • Reconcile cash in bank accounts and prepare management reports.
  • Support loan servicing functions like tax contracts and insurance renewals.
  • Maintain organized records and assist with clerical duties.
  • Ability to work onsite at least once per week is a requirement of the role.*

Skills and Background You’ll Need

  • Must-Haves:

    • Associate’s degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or systems reconciliation.
    • Proficient in loan servicing processes and cash reconciliation.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Preferred:

    • Familiarity with commercial real estate loans.
    • Experience with general ledger accounting.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift loan files weighing up to 30 pounds.

    Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.

    • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.

    Salary Range:

    21.88 - 29.09
