A Medical Device Manufacturer is seeking a Billing and Collections Specialist to join their team. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support and perform a wide range of collections and billing duties.
Responsibilities:
Generate and distribute accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
Perform account reconciliations to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
Contact clients via phone, email, and mail to follow up on past due accounts and arrange payment schedules.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all billing and collections activities.
Process payments and post them to customer accounts.
Assist in month-end closing procedures by ensuring all receivables are accounted for.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations related to billing and collections.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the billing and collections process.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve payment issues in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and organizational skills
Experience with MS applications is a plus
