Our client is seeking a diligent, self-motivated, and resilient Data Center Analyst to join their IT Operations team. This role is integral to maintaining the smooth operation of our client's data center infrastructure and requires a tactical background and experience in IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily batch schedules using control-M to ensure the completion of daily and nightly batch streams
- Coordinate exceptions and critical activities outside of normal processes
- Monitor environment health and system schedules, reacting appropriately to issues and concerns
- Maintain data center physical security and policies, ensuring zero breaches
- Assist with the execution of Rapid Response process and documentation
- Communicate effectively, providing accurate and quality information during daily briefing calls

The successful candidate will be expected to become proficient with data center operations, including room layouts, UPS & Non-UPS power, fire and pre-action systems, and vendor interactions. They will also be responsible for conducting proactive walkthroughs and handling infrastructure issues as they arise.

This role requires a commitment to learning and adapting, with the ability to provide a holistic status of operational performance at any time during their shift. The candidate will work 12-hour shifts (8am to 8:30pm) Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday.
