Treasury Management Solutions Officer will be responsible for growing Treasury Management customer portfolio by developing relationships with clients and Commercial Lenders. The Treasury Solutions Officer will work in conjunction with Commercial Banking Officers to determine the Treasury Management needs of new and existing customers.   


The Treasury Solutions Officer will be responsible for asking needs based questions and analyzing account activity of prospects to determine the best products to meet the client’s needs and goals. You’ll be able to help contribute to this by: 


Job Duties:



  • The Treasury Solutions Officer is responsible partnering across the organization to target and build opportunities for Treasury Services solutions and depository business with clients and Commercial Officers.

  • Demonstrates strong business and/or market expertise and capable of conducting productive conversations confidently

  • Proactive and continuous education

  • 100% ownership of end to end client experience from consultation, opportunity development, onboarding and client service handoff

  • Strong portfolio management process

  • Grow non-interest income and core deposits

  • Manage and maintain an accurate, timely pipeline

  • At least 60% of the Treasury Solutions Officer time should be spent in front of clients, Commercial Lenders, and prospects.

  • Proven track record of supporting the growth of client relationships.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation and follow-up skills.

  • Must be an ambitious, highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to meet or exceed established goals.


Qualifications & Skills:



  • Proven negotiation and active listening skills required

  • Strong oral presentation and written communication skills required

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills required

  • Ability to work independently and have strong acumen for business and relationship development

  • Ability to generate ideas to identify and drive the development of new business

  • Ability to use various PC and internet-based systems including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for the role

  • Ability to create proformas and understand formulas involved in analysis


Education, Experience & Licenses:



  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

  • Minimum of five years’ bank treasury management sales or other financial sales/consultant experience required

  • CTP preferred
