Job Description
Business Operations Analyst works independently to oversee daily business operations of the Advanced Molecular Diagnostic Lab; carries out fiscal, business and administrative management activities; oversees lab financial activities to include monitoring expenses, managing earnings operations, reconciling contractual agreements, participating in budget development, and preparing, analyzing and distributing financial reports; responsible for negotiations and management of contracts and affiliation agreements; oversees facilities functions including directing and managing space utilization and allocation; supports lab staff recruitment and onboarding; provides lab client support to include client recruitment and retainment; collaborates with leadership to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders; carries out procurement and inventory management to include submitting requisitions and purchase orders.
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required; 4 years' experience in a business operations capacity to include fiscal responsibilities.
Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
