Industry leader in the medical device manufacturing industry is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager with an eye for automation and a process improvement mindset. This individual will lead the domestic accounts receivable team; which includes PO processing, invoicing, cash application, credit and collections, and AR research teams.
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, train and mentos a team of 3 direct reports and 20+ indirect reports
Reviews AR bad debt accrual and conduct AR customer account reconciliation activities
Evaluates data to identify business opportunities and risks
Accurate monthly close that includes reconciliation of accounts receivable to cash
Assess the bad debt reserve/allowance for doubtful accounts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable processing
5 years of management responsibility of full cycle accounts receivable experience
Resource and project management skills
