Arconic is currently in search of Associate Counsel, Commercial to join the team in Alcoa, TN or Pittsburgh, PA.

Under the oversight of a more senior level attorney, the Associate Counsel, Commercial will have principle responsibility for providing commercial advice, negotiation support, agreements and procedures drafting support, dispute support and training to the Company's procurement professionals. Associate counsel will also support more senior level attorneys in drafting and negotiating more significant commercial agreements for the Company's businesses and resource units.
