We are seeking a Project Manager to join a leading manufacturing company based in Gardena, CA. This role involves leading multiple projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Pay Range: $85,000 - $140,000, depending on experience
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Coordinate efforts between team members and general contractors (GC) to ensure successful project delivery.
Communicate with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Manage change orders to ensure timely and profitable execution.
Identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively.
Implement and manage cloud-based project management software.
Maintain accurate project documentation within the software platform.
Work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of proven experience as a project manager in the manufacturing or construction industry.
Full understanding of construction drawings is required.
Familiarity with CAD is a plus, but not required.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, MS Project, Trello, etc.).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative independently.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a bias toward action and problem solving.
Positive attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn and adapt.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma required; Project Management certification is a plus.
