Our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong management and communication skills, with a focus on driving efficiencies in the AP process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing AP teams, with excellent management and communication skills.
Familiarity with NetSuite is preferred.
Strong ERP experience and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Prior experience managing offshore team members is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
Manage and lead offshore team members, providing guidance, support, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve AP-related issues and streamline processes.
Prepare reports and analyze AP data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
