RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Maryland Heights, MO that is seeking an experienced Java/Camunda Developer with hands-on experience in Camunda BPM to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing business process management solutions while ensuring integration with existing systems.

Responsibilities:

• Java/Camunda Developer will design, develop, and maintain applications using Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate


• Implement and maintain business processes using Camunda BPM


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features


• Optimize performance of BPM workflows and ensure scalability


• Integrate Camunda BPM with other applications and services


• Support the design and development of solutions leveraging DMN (Decision Model and Notation) when applicable


• As a Java/Camunda Developer, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business processes and workflows


• Stay current with the latest advancements in Java development and BPM technologies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field


• 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development


• Proficiency in Spring framework (all modules), Spring Boot, and Hibernate


• Hands-on experience with Camunda BPM is required


• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns


• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills


• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

• Industry certifications in Java or related technologies


• Experience with DMN (Decision Model and Notation)


• Familiarity with microservices architecture


• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and SOAP web services


• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
