Are you a people person with a knack for connecting the right talent with the perfect opportunity? Zing Recruiting is seeking a Recruiter to join our Warsaw, IN team. As a Recruiter, you will manage the full life cycle recruitment process from interview to placement.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

How Youll Do It:
Manage and grow assigned accountsRecruit and place direct hire and temporary openingsSource active and passive candidates through various means including: referrals, events, social media, resume databases, and the creation and placement of advertising.Develop a robust talent pipeline for both current and futureInterview and evaluate prospective candidates, including scheduling technicalMaintain and enhance recruiting database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Post job ads on job boards and social mediaFoster relationships with current employees to drive referrals

What Youll Bring:
Bachelors degree in a related field preferred1-2 years of recruiting experience in professional rolesBilingual in both English and Spanish, preferredAbility to shift priorities in a rapidly changing environmentAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent organizational skillsMust be able to build relationships with candidatesStrong ability to multi-taskExperience with MS Office suite of applicationsExperience with job boards and social media sites (Indeed, LinkedIn, )Ability to work under stressful conditionsTime management skills
