Manage full-cycle recruitment for the organization.
Collaborate with management to identify and fill vacancies.
Create tailored job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
Post and refresh job listings on internal and external platforms.
Ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates while adhering to compliance standards.
Track applicants' progress in the Applicant Tracking System.
Maintain proactive communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit via application reviews and initial interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, participating in the selection process as needed.
Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and files.
Conduct reference checks to verify candidates' employment and skills.
