Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Deployment Manager - Copado in Walnut Creek, CA.

Summary:
The Deployment Manager will be working with Copado to go live in 2 weeks. The client wants someone who already has these skills and can finish the deployment. This will be brand new deployment, finalizing these pieces.

Deployment Pipeline:
2 different development teams - Help these teams adhere to the Copado design:

• Moving stories up properly


• Responsible for prep work


• Someone who can step in and pick up where deployment manager left off


• Oversee deployments

Duties:

• Looking for someone who acts as a safety check for dev team


• Will be a standalone Resource


• They have strict guidelines on development


• Everything is out of the box - no apex coding


• Must ensure the dev teams are adhering to these guidelines


• Make sure the environment stays clean


• There are Multiple environments that need to be maintained; Make sure they are all on the latest version of salesforce; Deployment process will be updating and make sure they stay up to date


• Deployment Manager will keep Deployments in line and getting ready for releases

Post Release Management:

• Make sure things work the way they expected


• Dashboards, etc. - make sure there are not blocks or issues


• Post release - make sure up to par and if not, involve dev teams to fix/address


• Deployments are done off hours - currently at 3am PST; This is the current schedule, but it can change; Might move closer to business hours


• Must be flexible to work off hours for deployments, which happen twice a month

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have Copado Certification(s)


• Need experience with Copado


• Development background within SFDC; Have high level conversations with dev teams


• Communication skills are paramount


• Ideal candidates will have Project Management skills


• They do integrations with other platforms - so any other experience here will be very helpful

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
