NMRK Global Corporate Services Technology team is currently seeking an experienced TRIRIGA System Architect. The role of System Architect develops and manages the overall system design through project engagements for internal and client engagements and is well versed in the various TRIRIGA modules. This key role provides the leadership for successful design, implementation, and support of systems-related project goals to the project team, specifically the technical development and implementation resources.


Essential Job Duties:

Act as the lead and overall designer for the system to be developed
Ensure all client system functional requirements are addressed
Facilitate collaboration and cooperation with the primary system vendors, client stakeholders, and project resources
Manage all aspects of the project related to systems and technology and their specific application for clients
Drive innovative technical solutions to meet the client functional requirements
Provide efficient software development solutions based on existing application experience and knowledge
Understand the specific software/architecture domain(s) and the ability to apply sound software development concepts and techniques to deliver on the functional design
Effectively communicate software development objectives, schedules and status with management, clients and other stakeholders
Monitor assigned project activities and meet required deadlines
Provide domain expertise around specific areas of software development
Perform functional testing for developed code leveraging client use cases
Materially contribute to the production of software documentation and code libraries
Monitor, review and resolve code related issues in a timely manner
Provide technical support to assigned client requests
Working as a partner with the Program Manager, Senior Project Manager or Project Manager in combination to deliver on the overall client requirements.
Provide mentorship to junior team members
Foster excellent relationships with clients and help drive additional value for the client, increasing probability of additional work and contract extensions


Skills, Education, and Experience:

BS/BA with 2-4 years of experience (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Management Information Technology) or equivalent work experience
Strong background in TRIRIGA development and/or TRIRIGA certification is required
Minimum 6 years in business and technical experience, designing and implementing customer and/or internally facing solutions
Minimum 3 years application support and application solution development experience
Minimum 3 years leading teams, including client and consulting staff
Solid Project Management lifecycle background with the ability to talk through solutions, pricing, and staffing components of individual projects
Experience developing efficient system design solutions based on existing application experience and knowledge
Ability to act as the lead and overall designer for the system to be developed
Ability to engage and manage senior level client relationships
Experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of large-scale Java centric enterprise systems.
Experience in XML, JavaScript, Java
Working knowledge of RDBMS platforms including ORACLE and/or MS SQL Server
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
Knowledge of Facilities, Real Estate and Asset Management industry and practices
Technical writing skills for proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation
Strong presentation skills for application demonstrations
Must be willing to travel 25% of the time


Desired Skills and Experience:

Knowledge in BIRT, Business Objects or similar reporting software
Minimum 5 years' experience in the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) industry
Minimum 3 years' experience working with web-based applications such as Archibus, Tririga, and/or Maximo
