Responsibilities:
Calibrate electronic test and signal generating equipment to meet established standards.
Test, calibrate, adjust, and maintain a variety of measuring instruments, including electromechanical, mechanical, optical, pneumatic, and pressure-type equipment.
Set up calibration sequences and methods based on detailed specifications, blueprints, and requirements.
Disassemble, clean, repair, and replace defective parts in test equipment such as pressure gauges and tension meters.
Monitor and verify quality in alignment with statistical process control procedures.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma required (No degree required).
Experience:
2-4 years of experience with test measurement calibration tools, including oscilloscopes, RF generators, and digital multimeters (DMM).
Familiarity with IndySoft calibration software and the Microsoft Office Suite for reading procedures.
Experience with electronic and physical calibration.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Optics Software.
