This role will be partnering with the overall Program Manager to manage thru issues (more technical in nature) and drive the project to completion. Migration/integration issues, data mapping support, requirement definition support, etc.
Key Skills:
Experienced level resource that can hit the ground running
Strong PPM software experience and technical aptitude.
Must have Planisware or Planview. Planisware highly preferred.

We are looking for a PPM Technical subject matter expert who can partner with our various stakeholders to drive the implementation of Planisware.
Responsibilities will include.
• Assist Planisware Product Owner on system strategy and roadmap definition as well as continuous improvement updates • Work with Planisware software provider to execute maintenance of business and continuous improvement to the system • Drive completion of configure, test, deploy, and support Planisware • Responsible for the day to day operations of Planisware Support • Ensure resolution of support tickets • Ensure end user support is provided when required to resolves system issues or doubts • Ability to manage data audits and system solutions to improve data integrity • Work with business or IT partners to drive system enhancements. • Ability to set up configurations
Preferred skills and experiences
• Experience in Administrating PPM software • Planisware Administrator Certification. • Project Management Professional certified by PMI (PMP) • Experience in Power BI and Reporting • Experience in Product Development • Ability to work in management systems to diagnose issues and drive solutions. • Experience managing PPM core tables and business-level administrative tasks (e.g. managing central tables, core functions and valid value lists) along with maintaining associated documentation
