What You'll Do:
As a Payroll Administrator, you'll be the go-to expert for managing full cycle payroll. You'll ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Here's how you'll make an impact:
Process full cycle payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage payroll from start to finish, including onboarding new hires, processing terminations, and handling pay adjustments
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare accurate reports for management
Handle payroll taxes, deductions, benefits, and garnishments
Stay up to date on payroll laws and industry best practices
What We're Looking For:
Full cycle payroll experience is a must
Expertise in processing payroll from start to finish
Knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, deductions, and compliance
Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information
