Seeking to hire a Senior Project Manager to work for a general contractor has an excellent, sustainable pipeline of projects within the government, date center and life science markets. Your new role:


As a Senior Project Manager, you will be site-based working alongside an established and successful field and project management on significant, high-profile secured government sites. If you are passionate about working on large, complex construction projects this is an excellent opportunity for you to apply to!


You will be responsible for running the project management program for your assigned projects, working closely with the field management team. You will report into a Project Executive who is office based and will therefore be the most senior person on-site representing the company.


Projects will be in the range of $80M - $200M and could involve base build, repositioning or major renovations. You will lead a team of 6 including comprising of APMs, Project Engineers and the field team.


What you need to succeed:

• 8-15 years of Construction experience working on large, complex


• Ideally you will have experience in working on mission critical or secured projects ranging from data center, life science or government projects however other market sectors on large commercial construction new build experience will be considered.


• A construction related degree such as engineering, architecture or construction management is desired but not essential.


• Experienced in managing a successful project team comprising of assistant project managers, project engineers and field staff.


• Comfortable in working in Northern Virginia and DC.
