Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Product Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is based in our client's location in Richfield, Minnesota, and focuses on enhancing personalization experiences for their customers.

As a Jr. Product Manager, you will be part of the Personalization Journeys Experience team, a group dedicated to understanding customer needs and delivering the right information to guide them to their next best step. You will be instrumental in expanding and refining our products and features designed to enable Zero Party Data collection and Continuous Shopping.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in critical thinking about key products and features to identify important scenarios for designing new and enhanced feature sets.
- Articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely through both written and spoken communication.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless integration of product features and a cohesive user experience.
- Oversee and coordinate technical engineering work, ensuring alignment with product goals and timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Interpret and leverage data to inform product decisions, identify trends, and optimize user experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to think critically, communicate complex ideas effectively, collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate technical work, and leverage data to inform decisions.

Upon offer, candidates must complete a background check. The interview process will consist of a session with a panel of three individuals from the Product Management, User Experience, and Engineering teams. Candidates will have the opportunity to ask questions and demonstrate how well they might partner with these functions.
