A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Quality Training Consultant.
Position type: Full-time Contract
Duration: 6 months
Location: Neenah, WI
As a Quality Training Consultant, you will:
Standing up a quality focused training system that includes the following elements as well as initial deployment of training across the entire manufacturing facility.
Developing assessments to understand status of training.
Managing and developing the required activities for quality training at the NCSF site for hourly employees
Developing the content and frequency of training
Key customers are quality techs, operators, engineers, team leaders, and managers.
Developing assessments to understand effectiveness of training
Identifying gaps within the process and creating deliverables to execute
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of bachelor's degree required with 5-7+ years' of experience in building training program.
Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) required
Project management experience required
Experience training other workers/contractors
ETQ systems experience is preferred.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*:$45.00 - $52.82 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
