Large plaintiff litigation firm in Century City is seeking an entry level legal assistant that will provide training! This is an excellent opportunity to join a large litigation plaintiff firm and to have on your resume that will open doors in the future!

Requirements:
Must have 1 year of law firm experience as an administrative assistant/legal assistant.
Must be reliable, and ready to work on-site (M-F)
Ability to work in a fast pace enviornment.
Ability to work in a high pressure deadline enviornment.
Responsibitlies:
Creates, edits, formats, and proofreads documents, spreadsheets and presentations
Prepares legal documents for court filing and electronic filing
Promptly responds to attorney requests via written, verbal, or electronic communication
Effectively and efficiently manages work and information requests, including document management, scheduling, and coordination of Firm resources
Helps attorneys and team members apply new technology to improve efficiency and quality of work product
Hands off work with detailed instructions to team members so that the work product is not compromised
Smoothly handles multiple demands and shifting priorities across all Firm offices
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
