Client Job Description
Seeking a Staff Accountant with experience using an ERP software package, who has a strong command of bank, credit card and account reconciliations - someone who enjoys reconcilations would be a plus because that's a huge part of this project! Our client needs reliable and skilled help with audit prep.


Must have experience with tasks like these:


Maintain Financial Reports and Ledgers


A/R and A/P reconciliation


Assist/Review with monthly Billing and Billbacks


Perform activities involved in the maintenance and control of the general ledger. Review and/or initiates and posts journal entries; monitor posted financial data; research and review transactions; and advise departments on proper coding.


Ensure that expenses, deposits, funding requests and other financial transactions for a given period have been accurately posted


Participate in preparation and review of monthly Financial Statements


Participate in all areas of accounts payable, receivable, and weekly check runs, including proper account coding in relation to annual budgets and GL consistency



Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)



Experience with an ERP software package required


Proficient in Microsoft Office: (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), emphasis in Excel


Bachelor's degree is highly preferred


Ability to adapt to change and learn quickly


Close attention to detail and organization


Ability to effectively communicate written and verbally



Compensation: $33 - $37/hr Depending on experience and education
