Senior Material Review Board Design / Liaison Engineer job is available with Moseley Technical Services top Space company. In this job you will document non-conformance spacecraft structures, design repairs and perform stress analysis on repairs.
Responsibilities:
Document non-conformance tags for spacecraft structures.
Analyze deviations from part specifications that impact form, fit, and function.
Evaluate non-conforming parts and recommend corrective actions.
Assess manufacturing defects against product definition requirements as outlined in drawings.
Conduct design engineering analysis of discrepant aerospace components, including tolerance stacks, stress, metallurgical, aerodynamic, dynamic, NDT, and heat transfer analyses.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Civil Engineering.
Experience: 5+ years of experience with aircraft, spacecraft, or launch vehicles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with new aircraft or spacecraft fabrication.
Experience in aircraft Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO).
