What You'll Do:
Craft detailed bid proposals, ensuring all estimates are complete and competitive.
Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine the full scope of work.
Engage with pre-bid meetings, adding your expertise to define project parameters.
Secure the best deals, negotiating purchase orders and subcontracts post-award.
Collaborate closely with project management, contributing to pre-job strategy sessions.
What You Bring:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction estimating across electric, pipeline, and water/sewer sectors.
A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to forge and maintain strong business relationships.
A detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and quality under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
