Job Description
Rx Savings Solutions, part of McKesson's CoverMyMeds business segment, offers an innovative, patented software system that educates and empowers consumers to make the best healthcare choices at the lowest cost. Founded and operated by a team of pharmacists and software engineers, we support a collaborative, cost-saving solution for purchasing prescription drugs.
The RxSS team is looking to hire an Implementation Analyst to join its Business Operations team! The Implementation Analyst is responsible for all the tactical and operational communication and processes that ensure a successful launch and high-quality client experience throughout the launch.
* Our candidate must reside in the Kansas City metropolitan area in order to support a hybrid schedule with some on-site work required at our Overland Park, KS based headquarters.

Responsibilities
Ensure a consistent and efficient client on-boarding transition to ongoing account administration
Responsible for managing on-boarding timeline and communicating adjustments or changes to all parties
Maintain all project plans and ensure compliance to timeframe and collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes
Proactively identify and research on-boarding problems or trends and develop and implement resolutions
Responsible for tactical set up of new clients
Administer everyday workflow of all implementation processes and provide technical support to all teams
Coordinate with team to resolve all issues within required timeframe, recommend appropriate changes to all policies and procedures and evaluate all implementation for team
Monitor all implementation requests and administer staff working and assist team and senior implementation managers and provide required coaching for same
Evaluate all management information reports and ensure achievement of all team objectives and provide support to senior implementation manager
Evaluate all processes and provide technical support to all senior implementation managers and establish all client configuration requirements
Collaborate with system integration team and ensure compliance to all client requirements, provide appropriate training to clients, and ensure efficient implementation of all systems
Develop all processes and tools for customer implementation lifecycle and identify all defects and provide an efficient interface with all marketing and technical departments
Identify client process efficiency measures, provide analysis and partner with other business areas to find solutions that make it easy for our clients to do business with PPC
Facilitate the removal of process barriers such as bottlenecks, technology constraints, or resource constraints through directing and influencing the activities of other internal areas
Keep abreast of business and workflow changes and instill a sense of urgency in partners to ensure that clients are getting the level of responsiveness and service they expect.
Position Qualifications
Degree or equivalent, and 4+ years' experience in employee voluntary benefits or client on-boarding & servicing
Project Management experience required, including high level of organization and planning skills, ability to create plans and the diligence to follow through and monitor the plans through design to execution
Experience understanding of file transfer methods, including strong knowledge of file layout's structure and how to communicate to clients regarding the specifications and details
Ability to identify and manage risks appropriately to ensure projects are delivered on time
Strong requirements gathering and translation for business processes
The ability to analyze compliance and control initiatives and to engage other team members in process improvement projects
Demonstrated sound judgement, problem solving, decision making, and execution skills
Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment
Strong collaboration skills: demonstrated ability to partner at all levels with cross-functional business areas on both strategic and tactical levels to achieve results with multiple and diverse priorities
Strong requirements gathering and translation for business processes
The ability to analyze compliance and control initiatives and to engage other team members in process improvement projects
Must be able to effectively communicate with technology providers as well as with business leaders, and demonstrate ability to understand the technical details and communicate at a high level
Preferred Qualifications:
Desire to work within a cross functional team that operates in an adaptive environment to meet both internal and external deadlines
Experience with MS Office suite of software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, SQL
Understanding of pivot table and v-lookups in Excel a plus
