Position: Project Manager


Pay: $135k -$170k


Duration: Permanent Placement/ Direct Hire


Location: Scripps Ranch, onsite

Job Duties:


Lead construction projects from Start to Finish! Estimating, preconstruction, execution and closeout


Primary contact for clients and internal coworkers, communicate with customers and team for status updates etc


Lead project team and subcontractors, create collaborative work culture


Estimation and Preconstruction, manage activities including budgeting, scheduling, cost estimating and define project


Manage subcontracts and architects as needed


Address quality and compliance issues timely


Ensure safety guidelines being adhered to


Deliver great projects to completion!


Requirements:


Bachelor Degree, in related field preferred but not required. Construction Management / Civil Engineering / Architecture


5 + Years of Project Management experience in contraction and preconstruction


Previous experience focused on Construction and Estimating


Ability to manage a team


Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Proven knowledge for construction processes, estimating and related trades
