Our prestigious financial services client headquartered in Boston's Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced professional Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team due to retirement. This position will report to the Controller.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required
4+ years full cycle Bookkeeping experience including General Ledger Chart of Accounts, Account Reconciliation, Journal Entries, AP/AR, Financial Analysis and Reporting, M/Q/Y End Close Assistance.
Experience in Real Estate, Property Management or related field required - Rent/Utility/Tax payments and collections.
MS Office, Advanced Excel, Quickbooks, Bill.com experience required.
Professional written and verbal communication and presentation required.
Responsibilities:
Process all payables and receivables, prepare bank deposits.
Review monthly AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
Maintain customer and vendor lists
Prepare reconciliations for credit cards and general ledger accounts
Process client payrolls, review quarterly/annual filings, maintain payroll records
Collect COI's, W-9's from vendors and provide info to tax dept for annual 1099s
Prepare new members and invoice annual dues documents
Prepare annual report filings and consent actions
Assist with state and federal filings and tax payments
Manage annual application process
Maintain list of tenants, security deposits and lease terms
Update billing sheet for monthly and quarterly charges to tenants
