Job Description:
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Duties as assigned by the Regional Engineer
- Supervise teams of Application Engineering personnel as may be assign by the Regional Engineering Manager
- Train District Technical Service Form Designers and Detailers Personnel in established corporate application engineering principles
- Perform application engineering functions as required
- Maintain compliance with corporate policies
- Routinely visit job sites to increase knowledge of forming techniques
- Resolve job site engineering problems
- Assist Account Managers in sales efforts as requested
- Provide technical assistance to rental centers and customers
- Prepare engineering cost proposals as assigned by the Regional Engineering Manager
- Attend classes/seminars to maintain professional competency
Qualifications
Five years working in construction or a related field
- Five years working under the supervision of a registered Professional Engineer
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a licensed Professional or Structural Engineer
(May be EIT with acceptable target date for examination)
Education/Experience
- Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Must be proficient with AutoCAD and other drafting software
- Must be proficient in structural analysis software
