Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a qualified Project Manager with a successful track record in process and OCM initiatives. The ideal candidate will be able to use their knowledge and experience in OCM methodologies to prepare people for changes associated with projects - create buy-in, facilitate required knowledge and skills, and track adoption. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, and a commitment to facilitating successful organizational change



Required Skills:=



5+ years of professional experience with program and project management


Proven experience in change management and delivering process oriented results


Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills


Strong analytical and critical thinking


Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.


Active listener who can synthesize contrasting information to understand the bigger picture


Effective communicator and relationship builder with all levels of an organization.


Flexible in being both strategic and tactical in their work


Strong team player and comfortable working with and through others.


Solid business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and opportunities.



Desired Skills:



CCMP, PMP, Lean, Agile, and/or Prosci certifications are highly desired
