Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP IBP solutions, particularly in Supply & Response, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), and Demand Planning.
Analyze business processes, gather functional and technical requirements, and translate them into SAP IBP solutions that meet business needs.
Configure SAP IBP planning areas, master data attributes, copy operators, and key figures to support planning functions.
Provide hands-on configuration of SAP IBP modules, driving efficiencies in supply and demand planning processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
Lead and manage full-lifecycle SAP IBP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones under tight deadlines.
Conduct data analysis and provide recommendations to improve planning accuracy and efficiency across supply chain processes.
Provide ongoing post-implementation support and optimization of SAP IBP solutions.
Manage client relationships and provide thought leadership in SAP IBP best practices and innovative solutions.
Requirements:
7 years of relevant consulting experience with a focus on SAP IBP.
Extensive experience with SAP IBP Supply & Response, S&OP, and/or Demand Planning modules.
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful implementation of SAP IBP solutions across multiple projects.
SAP certification in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is highly preferred.
Experience working with Real-Time Integration (RTI) and Order-Based Planning (OBP).
Strong understanding of IBP Supply Optimizer and Cost Model setup.
Experience as a technical or functional lead on at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP IBP implementations.
Knowledge of the Agile methodology and experience in Agile project delivery.
Knowledge of additional SAP modules such as Production Planning and Procurement is a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
