Job Description:

Location: Harrisburg, PA

Salary: $110,000.00 USD Annually - $140,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Materials Manager for their manufacturing facility in the Harrisburg, PA area.


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of 6 FTE


• This role is fully on site (Monday-Friday)


• Take ownership of organizational transformations towards end-to-end supply chain responsibilities


• Be a Continuous Improvement champion and drive performance improvements with the team in order to achieve operational excellence


• Monitor facility capacity, identify shortages and drive material extension


• Proactively collaborate with stakeholders for end-to-end optimization


• Promote a positive work culture encouraging outstanding performance and a positive work environment

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Applicable degree from an accredited College or University a plus, but not required!


• APICS CPIM and SIOP Certification a big plus!
• 4+ years of similar experience within a heavily industrial manufacturing sector especially with a Best in Class organization


• Strong background as a master scheduler
• Equivalent experience within a high volume/high variable manufacturing process (over 10k SKUs)
