Location - Remote, but candidate must reside in WA state.
Duration - 6+ months
Hours - This position will likely be closer to full time, but not always 40 hours/week
Requirements:
4+ years of real estate attorney experience
Experience with construction contracting and real estate development
Familiar with drafting and reviewing leases and purchase and sale agreements
Familiar with standard real estate terms
Comfortable with technology
Candidates must be licensed and living in WA
