Job Description






  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with country, federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned location, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specific regulations using payroll provider.

  • Stay updated on changes to tax laws, labor regulations, and other payroll-related legislation to ensure compliance.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure accurate processing of employee data and seamless integration with other systems.

  • Prepare termination and/or off cycle checks.

  • Manage payroll cases and email in a timely manner.

  • Maintain employee master data in the payroll system and audit it against Workday data to ensure they are the same.

  • Process garnishments, tax levies, other non-voluntary attachments as required by law.

  • Participate in payroll projects and opportunities as assigned.

  • Compile, analyze, and document issues on payroll and related fiscal activities to identify systemic issues or problems.





Required & Preferred Qualifications






  • 2-3 years' experience of processing payrolls start to finish

  • In-depth knowledge of country, federal, state, and local payroll regulations, and tax lawsMinimum 3 years'

  • Experience with Union Payroll and Prevailing Wage required.

  • In-depth knowledge of payroll software and systems.

  • Strong analytical, high attention to detail, excellent troubleshooting skills, and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to be self-motivated and self-directed and think and act independently while also being team oriented.

Pay DOE 61K to 70K
