ABOUT THE JOB



The Marketing Manager, Client Loyalty will lead our client loyalty efforts for the marketing team. This individual is highly skilled in marketing and client development strategies. This person thrives in a fast-paced growth environment that balances leading and collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders. You will work with a diverse, passionate team of marketers, and collaborate closely with multiple internal departments and clients. The Marketing Manager, Client Loyalty will report to the Vice President, Marketing, Engagement, Loyalty & Product, while working closely with the broader Marketing team.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Responsible for client communications including monthly client e-newsletter and one-off client communications

  • Support client events including annual and regional client events along with quarterly town halls

  • Oversees client sponsorship program

  • Manages client satisfaction survey

  • Develops client assets such as annual client review template

  • Partners with B2B marketing team to leverage B2B content development for clients

  • Partners with Client Success team to support Executive Sponsorship program

  • Responsible for client loyalty KPI and goal tracking

  • Other duties as assigned to support patient marketing efforts




QUALIFICATIONS



Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications and 5+ years of marketing experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $110,000/yr



The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate's years of experience and/or skill level. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive.
