The Office of Business, Hospitality and Auxiliary Services is seeking a Temporary Copy Center Specialist to work in our Copy Cat location in Scaife Hall (Medical School). Copy Cat is the University of Pittsburgh's full-service, on-campus print center. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Operates print and bindery equipment to reproduce a variety of printed products.
Provides consultation and assistance to customers to fulfill print and bind requests.
Reports inventory levels of paper, bindery supplies, toner, and other consumables to lead operator.
Follows start-up and close-down procedures, completes daily production logs, and records appropriate information for data entry.
Stocks shelves and stages supplies required for production.
Performs data entry
Other duties as assigned.

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs., sitting, extensive standing, walking, kneeling.
General copy center knowledge is preferred, such as trimming, binding, etc.
Pre-press knowledge is highly preferred - taking customers' documents to resize for product.
