Position Summary:
The Administrative Analyst is responsible for conducting special research studies, analyzing data, preparing statistics, making recommendations based on research findings, and monitoring and coordinating project/program activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Report course/student progress and issues to clinical coordinator
Oversees collection and storage of required clinical documentation and student/preceptor demographic data
Ensures clinical coverage
Review clinical course offerings, verify sections, enrollment cap, dates/times, and appropriate faculty with registration personnel
Assist clinical coordinator in clinical courses within the options along with orienting, training, and assisting in problem-solving issues
Coordinates utilization of clinical facilities and oversees maintenance of appropriate documentation (i.e. facilitators and clinical agency contracts)
Coordinates clinical placement of students
Prepares and uploads clinical schedules to the learning management system
Disseminates clinical site evaluation surveys to students as necessary
Present necessary information to the representatives of hospital and community agencies concerning clinical courses
Assist in coordinating clinical orientations with students, clinical faculty, and clinical facility liaisons
Communicates and maintains rapport with clinical site liaisons
Assist in building clinical placement grids and maintaining current clinical placement grids
Process clinical placement documentation and initiate clinical affiliation agreements
Deploy clinical evaluations as scheduled
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of planning, research, and analysis techniques and procedures. Knowledge of department operations, policies, and procedures. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations. Knowledge of basic accounting principles. Ability to plan and execute systems and organizational analysis and feasibility studies. Ability to conduct research and perform quantitative quality assurance reviews. Ability to research, prepare, and present comprehensive written and oral reports. Ability to organize and conduct meetings and workshops.

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Additional hours as requested and/or needed Regular and reliable attendance

Minimum Qualifications:
The formal education equivalent of a bachelor's degree in public administration, general business, or a related field.
