Judge Healthcare is seeking a Data Entry Tech in Orange, CA!
Contract: Up to 6 months
Schedule: Full time hours, Monday-Friday
Job Summary
The Data Entry Technician will perform routine to complex data entry tasks and provide office support as needed.
Responsibilities:
Foster a mission-driven culture focused on high-quality performance, customer service, consistency, dignity, and accountability.
Assist the team in fulfilling departmental responsibilities and support both short- and long-term goals.
Perform data entry for various documents, data sources, and files.
Conduct outreach calls for data entry purposes as needed.
Assist with mailing information to members.
Provide resource and mailing support for teleworking staff as applicable.
Alert the supervisor to any issues affecting production and quality.
Ensure all Protected Healthcare Information (PHI) is secured at the end of the day.
Complete other projects and duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Proficient in common data entry techniques.
Maintain organized files and attention to detail.
Analyze incoming mail and determine appropriate actions.
Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with leadership and staff.
Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Utilize computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and job-specific applications to produce correspondence, charts, spreadsheets, and other relevant information.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
1 year of data entry experience.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience that provide the necessary skills to perform the job duties may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a managed healthcare environment.
Knowledge or background in provider data and/or credentialing systems.
