We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in functional testing and a strong background in automation with JavaScript or TypeScript.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform functional testing with a focus on automation.
Utilize 4-5 years of hands-on experience in automation using JavaScript or TypeScript.
Conduct API testing (knowledge of API testing is a plus).
Leverage knowledge of Selenium with Java.
Interface with clients and manage client relationships effectively.
Use code repository, build, and deployment tools such as GitHub, Mocha, and Azure DevOps.
Apply strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues.
Work within Agile - SCRUM, CI/CD, and DevOps environments.
Develop and maintain test documentation and processes, including Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, RTM, and defect management.
Communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
Perform code reviews and share progress reports with customers regularly.
Coordinate with customers on outstanding issues.
Collaborate with the team to integrate automation code into the pipeline.
Hands-on experience with Cypress or Playwright is required.
