We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our distribution center in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in distribution centers and kitting processes.



Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and optimize kitting processes.


• Lead and develop a high-performing team.


• Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.


• Collaborate with other departments to improve operations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in distribution centers and kitting.


• Bachelor's degree preferred.


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.


• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
