As a Program Manager at the dynamic Project Management Office (PMO) of Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), your role will be to lead impactful initiatives across the organization. What you'll do...
Develop and implement a comprehensive framework and infrastructure to track, report and provide snapshots of key organization initiatives, ensuring accurate monitoring and assessment of program health.
Create solutions by assessing key opportunities, determining the strategic program approach, identifying current state and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to assess needs and success measurements.
Implement program plans, change management strategy and solutions by communicating and coordinating with key stakeholders to manage expectations and build trust.
Coordinate, complete and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Monitor milestones and track deliverable execution of programs and preparing and/or presenting weekly performance reports to senior leadership.
Prioritize critical issues for root-cause analysis, identify risks, escalate complex or difficult issues and identify key decisions needing to be made.
Identify and address improvement opportunities, showing adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values and standards of ethics and integrity.

Establish Initiative Tracking Infrastructure - Work cross functionally to develop and launch a comprehensive framework to enable WFS leadership to monitor the overall health of major organizational initiatives
Developing project plans across multiple workstreams - Creating a comprehensive set of documents to guide the execution and control of projects, serving as a blueprint for how projects will be managed and delivered.
Driving cross-functional alignment - Bringing stakeholders together to ensure everyone is aligned on project objectives, deliverables, issues, risks, dependencies, change management strategy and methodology being used.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 2 years' experience in program management OR 4 years experience in project management, operations management, or related area. 2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams. 3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in business administration or related field. 2 years experience managing eCommerce related programs and possess a project Management certification.
