Long Term Contract Sr Accounting Clerk/JR Accountant
Contract Salary: $23.00-$27.00
Daily Duties
Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner.
Accounts Receivable - payment collection, posting and adjustments.
Accounts Payable-vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding, approvals, and timely payments.
Bank and credit card reconciliations to match bank statements with recorded transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
Assist in all areas of operation as directed by management.
Perform periodic inventory reconciliations to ensure consistency between physical stock and recorded inventory.

Qualifications
Must have at least 3 years of accounts payable & accounts receivable experience
Intermediate Excel Experience is a must - Formulas, creating, and updating spreadsheets.
Must present well. This person will also interact with the Senior Leadership Team (Small Company 30 Employees)
Must have previous experience with SAP Software
