Adams & Martin Group is seeking an Estate Planning Paralegal to join a growing law firm in Downtown Minneapolis. This is an onsite, direct hire opportunity. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in drafting and reviewing estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
Manage communication among clients, attorneys, and relevant parties involved in estate planning matters.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and deadlines related to estate planning cases.
Conduct legal research and compile information on estate planning laws and regulations.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documents.
Support the execution of estate planning documents and procedures.
Process attorney reimbursements and client invoices related to estate planning services.
Provide general administrative support, including phone answering, email management, and document processing.
Position Requirements:
2+ years of paralegal experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in grammar and proofreading.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in estate planning and knowledge of related laws and procedures.
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification in a related field is a plus.
