Job Description:

Adams & Martin Group is seeking an Estate Planning Paralegal to join a growing law firm in Downtown Minneapolis. This is an onsite, direct hire opportunity. Your responsibilities will include:



Responsibilities:



  • Assist attorneys in drafting and reviewing estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.

  • Manage communication among clients, attorneys, and relevant parties involved in estate planning matters.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and deadlines related to estate planning cases.

  • Conduct legal research and compile information on estate planning laws and regulations.

  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documents.

  • Support the execution of estate planning documents and procedures.

  • Process attorney reimbursements and client invoices related to estate planning services.

  • Provide general administrative support, including phone answering, email management, and document processing.


Position Requirements:



  • 2+ years of paralegal experience

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in grammar and proofreading.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Interest in estate planning and knowledge of related laws and procedures.

  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification in a related field is a plus.
