Job Summary/Basic Function
The Grant Funded Program Manager acts as the local Arts In Education partner for the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts by identifying and developing teaching artists and placing them in residencies in schools, community organizations, senior centers, and other sites to conduct research-based arts-education programs that improve outcomes for participants in a three-county area (Berks, Lancaster, and Schuylkill Counties). These programs, deliver quality arts programming that demonstrate measurable change for students, senior citizens, veterans, and underserved communities, while raising awareness and exposure about the importance of the arts.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's of Arts/Arts Administration.
2 to 4 years of related experience.
Project and artist management experience.
Ability to collaborate with the community and other organizations.
Effective organizational skills.
