To manage, develop and expand the Center's community-based learning programming focused on Social Impact leadership. The Program Manager, Social Sector Leadership will take a lead role in managing the Center's growing 4-year social impact leadership development programming and will support the portfolios work in domestic and international internships and social impact careers.
This is an exciting position with substantial growth opportunities for someone interested in social justice with an eye toward preparing the next generation of social impact leaders. The position includes program management, program development, curriculum-building, event planning, and student advising. The Program Manager will work closely with the Center's Assistant Director to support current and new programming that deepens student learning and community impact. The position requires a candidate with deep commitment to student learning, social impact, a collaborative work style, strong execution and program and event management skills, and the capacity to serve as an inspiring role model and mentor to Dartmouth students.

Recruit, hire, orient and advise Dartmouth student leaders and program participants.

Designs and teaches workshops and co-curricular seminars in applied content related to programming. Develops individual and group reflection opportunities integrating both curricular and experiential learning.

Train, monitor, and assess for risk management concerns (and identify solutions) related to travel, programming, and other community engagement activities.
