Job Description:
The Program Management Manager II manages select highest complexity, multi-geo, multi-product global accounts. He/She serves as a high-level account primary program management contact for concerns, issue escalation, and account performance. This position ensures UPS meets client obligations and performance and financial metrics for accounts (e.g., reporting, proactive communication, etc.). The Program Management Manager II defines service and support global strategies and coordinates account management activities and compliance with service standards for an entire team. He/she conducts customer review meetings, tracks program profitability, monitors client billing, and guards against scope creep in relationships. This position anticipates clients' needs, changes, and trends in the competitive landscape with personally managed accounts. The Program Management Manager II serves as the customer's advocate and trusted business advisor. He/She collaborates with sales to expand client relationships and to generate additional revenue. This position develops and leads efforts to improve service quality and to exceed customer expectations. He/She is responsible for reducing customer churn. The Program Management Manager II communicates and collaborates with aligned positions in Marketing, Solutions, Sales, Contracts, Information Technology, and Implementations. This position manages potentially multiple customers and may manage supervisory or administrative staff.
